My greatest accomplishments are the habits I've formed. Here's a few I'm proud of:

  • Maintaining an empty inbox: email is done only when there are none left
  • Saying "I love you" whenever I say goodbye to family
  • Using the "I don't want to do this" lurch in my stomach as a compass - when I feel the lurch, that's when I know it's worth doing

Today I'm working on productivity habits. I have a habit right now of editing and simplifying my to do lists as a way to avoid work. I'm working on a habit of only doing that once a week. The goal is to wake up the other 6 days of the week and have my list already made - so I can jump right into work.
